Why does your name appear differently on Google Maps?
Our brand name is Global Medical Group. On Google Maps our branches are listed as Global Medical Complex for the medical complexes and Global Hijama Center for the hijama centers. They all belong to the same group under the same management, and the unified number 920005588 serves every branch.
How many branches do you have and where are they?
We operate 16 branches: 10 medical complexes and 6 hijama centers, spread across Riyadh districts plus a branch in Abha. Browse the branches page to see each location on the map and book directly.
What is the difference between a medical complex and a hijama center?
A medical complex offers specialist clinics such as dentistry, dermatology, obstetrics & gynecology, pediatrics, internal medicine and more, alongside laboratory and radiology services. A hijama center is dedicated to hijama (cupping) and complementary therapy. When you book, our team will direct you to the right type of facility for your case.
Is hijama available at all branches?
No. Hijama is offered at 6 dedicated centers only, not at every medical complex. You will find the list of hijama centers on the branches page, or call 920005588 to find the nearest one to you.
Which medical specialties do you offer?
We cover more than 12 specialties, including: dentistry, dermatology & laser, obstetrics & gynecology, internal medicine, pediatrics, orthopedics, ENT, ophthalmology, urology, family medicine, clinical nutrition, and laboratory & radiology. See the departments page for details on each.
Is every department available at every branch?
Not all departments are available at every branch — some specialties are offered at selected branches only. To confirm that a specific department is available at your nearest branch, please call 920005588 before visiting.
Do you accept medical insurance?
The list of accepted insurance networks varies between branches and is updated periodically. To confirm whether your insurance is accepted at the branch you plan to visit, contact us on 920005588 or via WhatsApp before booking, and our team will confirm coverage and the required steps.
Are payment or installment options available?
Yes. Installment options are available through Madfoo, Tamara and Tabby, in addition to standard payment methods. For installment details on a specific service, ask our reception team or call 920005588.
Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking in advance to make sure a doctor in the specialty you need is available and to reduce waiting time — particularly for dentistry, dermatology and obstetrics & gynecology.
How do I get my lab results or medical report?
Lab results and medical reports are issued by the branch where the test was performed, after identity verification to protect the confidentiality of your data. Contact the branch or call 920005588 to find out when your result will be ready and how to collect it.
